How to print a page
- 1Pick a layout. A month on a calendar grid, a week on two pages, or a day per page with an hourly schedule. Every layout prints at Letter size.
- 2Set the date and the look. Choose a month and year, or a day for the week and day layouts, from this year to 2030. Monday or Sunday week start, four looks, and Dated off for a blank grid.
- 3Print the page. Press Print. A month prints one page (with an optional year-at-a-glance), a week prints two facing pages, and a day prints one.

- Is this printable calendar free?
- Yes. Pick a month and a year, and print it or save a PDF, with no sign-up and no watermark. It is free for home, classroom and office use.
- Can I start the week on Sunday?
- Yes. Choose Monday, the ISO convention used across Europe, or Sunday, the convention on US wall calendars. The whole grid, and the year at a glance, follows the choice.
- Can I print a blank calendar with no dates?
- Yes. Turn off Dated and the same grid prints with the numbers left out, with a blank line in the header for the month name, so you can fill it in for any month.
- Can I print a weekly or daily planner page?
- Yes. Switch the layout to Week for a two-page spread with a block for each day, or Day for a single page with an hourly schedule and a to-do column. Both print at Letter size, dated or blank.
- Is the 2027 calendar correct?
- Yes. Every date is computed from the Gregorian calendar, so the first of each month falls on the right weekday, February has the right length in a leap year, and a six-row month keeps its sixth row.
