No puzzle ever needs a guess
Two promises, and the second is the one printed books most often break. The first is that the clues allow exactly one arrangement. The second is that reasoning alone reaches it. Those come apart: cut a clue list back as far as it will go while only checking the first, and the last step is reliably a coin toss. Every board here is checked both ways, and one that needs a guess is thrown away.
Nothing on the page is spare
A clue list that merely works is easy to make and it is a worse puzzle. Every clue is offered for removal in turn and kept only if the puzzle breaks without it, which on the wider boards takes about twenty clues down to thirteen. Nothing a reader reads follows from something else they have already read.
Every KDP trim, 300 DPI
Pick from KDP's 17 trim sizes, from 5.06 by 7.81 up to 8.27 by 11.69, with correct margins and gutter. The grid and the clue list share one page, so the studio only offers the grades your chosen trim can really carry, and tells you which those are before you generate.
Generate once, export forever
One project unlocks for $4.99. After that, re-export any trim, any time. No monthly subscription and nothing to cancel.
How it works
- 1Try a free puzzle. Use the free generator in your browser to make one logic grid puzzle and its answer table, so you can see the output before you commit.
- 2Choose your KDP trim. Pick a trim size first here, because it decides which grades are available: the widest boards need a bigger page. The interior is sized with the right margins and gutter for the page count so it passes KDP review.
- 3Pick a difficulty curve. Choose how many puzzles you want at each grade your trim offers, from three categories of four up to five of five, and the studio generates the whole graded book.
- 4Unlock once, export any size. Unlock the project for $4.99, then export the print-ready interior and answers PDFs at any trim, as often as you like.

Questions
- How much does it cost?
- A project unlocks for $4.99, paid once. After that you can export the interior and answers PDFs at any KDP trim, as many formats as you like, forever. There is no subscription.
- What do I get when I export?
- One print-ready 300 DPI interior PDF, with the answers at the back, sized for the KDP trim you choose. That interior is the single file you upload to KDP. You also get a separate answers PDF.
- Why do some trims offer fewer difficulties?
- Because a logic grid does not scale the way a sudoku does. Its worksheet is a fixed number of cells and its clue list is body copy with a readable size under it, so on a small page the two compete for room. Rather than shrink the type or the grid until neither works, the studio measures what each trim can really hold and offers only those grades: every size we sell carries the first three, and the hardest needs roughly 6.7 by 9.6 inches or larger.
- How long are the clue lists?
- About seven clues at the easiest grade and thirteen at the hardest, after the cut-back pass. The count falls relative to the board as the grades get harder, which is most of what a solver feels: a wider board with fewer clues means more of it has to be held in mind at once.
- How is the answer printed?
- As a table of who had what, not as a filled-in worksheet. It is the smaller artefact and the easier one to check against your own working, and it means eight answers share a page instead of each taking one, so a forty-puzzle book closes its answers in five leaves rather than forty.
- Do the puzzles repeat?
- No. Each book walks a bank of themed scenes, and within a scene the categories and the people in them are sampled, so two books of the same grade are different boards with different clue lists. A book will not print the same scene twice in a row.
- Can I try it before I pay?
- Yes. The free logic grid generator makes a real 2-page puzzle in your browser with no sign-up. The unlock is only for a full multi-puzzle project you plan to publish.
- Can I sell the books I make?
- Yes. The exported interiors are yours to publish and sell on Amazon KDP or print yourself. The per-project unlock covers unlimited exports of that project.
