How to use a guided journal page
The same prompt or form repeated on every page, such as a gratitude prompt, a daily checklist, a reading log or a habit grid, so the reader fills in a structure rather than a blank sheet.
Step by step
- 1Answer the prompt as it stands. Each page asks the same short question or offers the same form. Fill it in for today, and move to the next page tomorrow.
- 2Keep the habit by keeping the page the same. The point of a guided page is repetition. Because every page is identical, the routine is easy to keep and easy to look back on.
