Graph paper to print
Graph paper at 5 mm squares, the size that suits maths homework, floor plans and circuit sketches. The grid is centred on the page so the margins are even, and the lines are light enough to write over. Print one page or a whole pad.
Customise colours
One page at the size you choose. The rules are 0.6 pt and mid grey, so they print clearly and sit behind your handwriting. The same engine draws every page of a bound journal in our studio.

How to use graph paper
A grid of fine squares, 5 mm apart, for maths, plotting, drawing to scale and neat tables.
Step by step
- 1Pick a scale. Decide what one square means (1 unit, 1 metre, 10 pixels) before you start, and keep it the same across the page.
- 2Plot from a fixed origin. For graphs, choose an origin square and count along and up from it. For drawings, count squares to keep proportions true.
- 3Line up across the page. The grid lets you align columns and rows exactly, which is what makes graph paper better than lined for tables and plans.
- A grid that reads
- The squares are fine and mid grey so your ink and pencil stand out clearly against them, on screen and in print.
- Good for
- Maths and science, engineering sketches, pixel and cross-stitch design, and scale drawings.
